Open Training Hub for assigned learning or reference material. Managers and Administrators can create content and review results.
Take an assignment
Section titled “Take an assignment”Use My Assignments > Start, then Understood to begin the attempt and any timer. Finish with Submit Quiz. See Assignments and results.
Training Hub cards show a preview. Search shown documents, Search shown assignments, and similar card searches filter only the displayed rows; use View all for the full list. A + beside a count means more items are available.
Choose study material
Section titled “Choose study material”| Item | Guidance |

| Documents / Scripts | Read PDFs or copy call/text templates. |
| Flash Cards | Practice with a deck; study does not submit a quiz score. |
Create an assessment
Section titled “Create an assessment”Use Quizzes > New Quiz to write questions and correct answers, then Assign to select a version and learners. Follow Quiz creation.
Find progress
Section titled “Find progress”Results offers Review for submitted answers and Audit for assignment activity. An assignment becomes Completed when the passing score is met; a failed attempt leaves it open for a retake. Existing assignments keep their chosen quiz version.
