Find leads in Leads Report or Dashboard > Action Items > Leads. Manager or Administrator access is required for Add Leads and Leads Upload; recurring Google Sheets imports require an Administrator.

Where: Add Leads.

  1. Choose Office and enter Type. Add the name, contact details, address, and Source you have. Names are optional; Type accepts your team’s wording.
  2. Add follow-up context in Notes (up to 2,000 characters). Use Add Lead for another entry or Remove this lead to remove an extra entry, then click Submit Leads.

Where: Leads Upload. For recurring spreadsheet imports, use Sync Leads.

Columns: office, firstName, lastName, addressOne, addressTwo, city, state, zip, homePhone, workPhone, cellPhone, email, type, source, notes. Names and Notes are optional; Notes supports up to 2,000 characters.

CSV uploads have no row-by-row preview or rejection list. If an upload fails, search Leads Report for already-added records before retrying the whole file.

  1. Download Example CSV; use Offices CSV or Office Names for the office names.
  2. Prepare the file with the supplied columns, select it under Drag and drop or click to select your CSV, then click Upload.

Where: Leads Report.

Agent accounts default to Agent scope; Office accounts default to Office. Report assignments can differ from the Dashboard’s active-user and Zone Shift sharing. Use Office scope for the office list.

  1. Choose Scope and the office or agent. Enter First Name, Last Name, Phone, or Email, and optionally Status.
  2. Click Search. Use Date Added to distinguish older records; this report has no date-range fields.

A status records completed work; it does not call or message the customer. Notes appears in the report and lead details.

  1. Find the lead in Dashboard > Action Items > Leads or Leads Report. Use Dashboard’s View eye icon or the report’s Lead details and status history clock icon for details.
  2. Complete the contact, then open the row’s Status dropdown and choose Called & SMS, VM & SMS, Called, or Sent SMS. Choose Sold for a sale or DNC (Do not contact) to stop contact. It saves immediately.

Reopen a lead: Any status other than None removes the lead from the Dashboard’s open queue. To reopen it, find it in Leads Report with Status > All, Sold, or DNC, then choose None. Spreadsheet sync preserves the saved status.

Item Guidance
Wrong status Choose the correct Status; Status History shows the previous status, time, and who changed it.
Missing lead Check Scope and Status > All before adding it again.
Incorrect name or contact details These pages have no existing-lead edit form. Spreadsheet imports preserve details and Notes after import; editing the sheet does not update the saved lead. Ask your Administrator about correcting the saved record.
