Open Office’s or Zones in Administration. Operations and Administrator can save changes; Accounting can review.

Existing Short Name, Display Name, and 2FA Phone Number are read-only. Enter them during creation; ask support for later corrections.

An office created during self-serve signup already includes the first administrator. Its Phone becomes Phone Number; calling mappings and Agent phone assignments still need separate setup.

Item Guidance
IP/FQDN Office connection used for monitoring and device matching.
Phone Name / Phone Username Office call mappings.
AMS Office Name / Rater Name Office to-do and quote mappings.
  1. Select New Office. Enter required Short Name and Display Name on Details; set Status, and add Address and Phone Number if needed.
  2. Select Next, select Users to Add on Membership, then Create Office. Include your own account to make the office available to you.
  3. For an existing office, use Manage > Details > Save Changes.

Remove an office from its current zone before adding it to another. Zone names remain editable through Details > Save Changes: Short Name allows 80 characters; Display Name allows 160.

  1. In Zones, select New Zone. Enter Short Name, Display Name, and Status; select Next, check Offices to Add, then Create Zone.
  2. For an existing zone, open Manage > Offices. Select Available Offices > Add Office or Current Offices > Remove Office.

In Office’s > Manage, use Members > Add User or Remove User for office access. Use Zones > Add Zone or Remove Zone for the office’s zone. These buttons save immediately; Save Changes saves Details. User roles are separate: Users > Manage > Roles.

Select Disable on an office or zone row. To restore it, enable Show Disabled and select Enable. Zone sharing and leaderboard behavior are configured separately in Options > Dashboard Settings.

Camera Type supports Dahua, Hikvision, LTS, and Reolink. The default is shared for the office; it can also be changed with Default in Office Cameras.

  1. In Office’s > Manage > Details, select Camera Type and enter the approved Camera Username, Camera Password, and IP/FQDN.
  2. Set Default Channel and select Save Changes. Test the view in Office Cameras.
