Change settings and check office health

Open Options for company settings or Health for office checks. Operations and Administrator can change Options; Accounting can review.
Choose the setting
Section titled “Choose the setting”Options affects the company. For office membership or account permissions, use Office’s or Users instead.

Change app colors
Section titled “Change app colors”Saving company brand colors reloads the app. Your Light, Dark, or System choice is separate; use User menu > Appearance. Display shades may be adjusted for readable text.
- Open Branding > Manage Branding. Choose Primary color and Secondary color, or enter #RRGGBB hex values. Blank uses the AgencyMesh default.
- Select Save branding colors to apply the preview. Use Reset both to AgencyMesh defaults to restore both.
Set office and zone sharing
Section titled “Set office and zone sharing”| Item | Guidance |

| Zone Shift | After the set time, Office and Agent accounts can help across the zone once their own office clears that same queue. Agent accounts divide eligible work among active users. |
| Company wide / Zone wide | Leaderboard comparison across the company or with offices in the selected office’s zone. |
- Open Dashboard Settings > Manage Settings and choose Action Items and Leaderboards. For Zone Shift, set Zone Shift Time in Central time.
- Select Save Settings.
Ticket choices and alert recipients
Section titled “Ticket choices and alert recipients”- Ticket Types & Subtypes > Manage Types: check or clear types/subtypes; use Add Subtypes or Type Name with optional Starting Subtypes to add choices. Select Save Ticket Options. Names allow 80 characters; at least one type must remain available. Existing tickets retain hidden choices.
- For either alert row, select Add Recipients or Manage Recipients, enter one email per line in Recipients, then Save Recipients. Clearing the list removes company-specific recipients, not necessarily other recipients.
Update a service connection
Section titled “Update a service connection”These forms require connection values; blank Password does not preserve it as it does in user editing. Keep actual values in the protected form.
Configured means values were stored; it does not confirm a successful connection.

Understand Health
Section titled “Understand Health”In Health, hover over or focus a status icon for its explanation. Health is not a general uptime or system-status monitor. It checks active offices excluding shared groups. No Data may mean no matching activity occurred.

Resolve a failed check
Section titled “Resolve a failed check”For Missing, correct the related field in Office’s > Manage > Details. For No Data, compare actual activity with the stated period. Use Refresh after a correction. For persistent errors, report the office, check label, time, and symptoms in Tickets.
