Use Administration > Users for account setup and Sessions for active sign-ins. Operations and Administrator can make changes; Accounting can review these records.

Enter a name in Search users, then select Manage. Turn on Show Disabled for inactive accounts. Status icons explain missing account details, office assignments, or roles.

Set Manage > Details > Account Type, then Save Changes. Office-to-Agent changes invalidate older tracked sessions on their next request. Account Type does not add roles or office membership.

New User defaults to Office. Change it to Agent for an individual account; select the required roles separately. Self-serve signup creates the company’s first administrator as an Agent account instead.

Item Guidance
Office Shared office sign-in with multiple active sessions. Dashboard shows the full eligible office queue; users choose a phone beneath an office. Individual AMS, phone, and goal assignments are not used.
Agent Individual sign-in with only the newest valid session. Dashboard divides eligible follow-up among active Agent users and uses the phone assigned for the selected office. Set AMS Agent Name and the phone/goal-office assignments.

Email must be unique. IP Restricted limits sign-in to permitted networks; it is separate from office membership and Dashboard selection.

Add colleagues here to keep them in your existing company. Self-serve Sign up creates a separate company.

  1. Select New User. Enter required Username and Password; set Display Name, Email, Timezone, Status, Account Type, and IP Restricted. For Agent accounts, enter AMS Agent Name.
  2. Select Next. On Assignments, choose Office’s and Roles under Initial Assignments, then Create User. Hold Cmd/Ctrl to select several entries. If only some assignments fail, correct the created account instead of creating it again.
  3. For an existing user, edit Manage > Details > Save Changes. Leave Password blank to keep it; Username cannot change.
  4. Use Manage > Office’s > Add Office / Remove Office and Roles > Add Role / Remove Role for membership changes. Each button saves its own change.

Assign an Agent’s phones and goal offices

Section titled “Assign an Agent’s phones and goal offices”

These assignments are separate: office membership permits access; phone assignment chooses the calling device; goal-office assignment includes that office’s share of the monthly target. Shares are divided among agents assigned to that office for goals and added across the selected offices. A missing office or phone requires its underlying office setup to be corrected.

  1. Save Account Type: Agent, add office membership, then reopen Manage > Assignments.
  2. Under Phone Assignments, choose one phone per office and Save Phone Assignments. No assigned phone clears it.
  3. Under Goal Office Assignments, select contributing offices and Save Goal Offices.

Disable retains the account and its assignments. You cannot use the row’s Disable action on your own account.

  1. Select Disable on the user’s row and confirm Disable this user account? Use Sessions > Log Out as well to end an existing session.
  2. To restore, turn on Show Disabled, select Enable, and confirm Enable this user account?

In Sessions, use Search sessions and Refresh. Match User, Active Office, Active Phone, Active Page, Login At, and Last Seen before acting.

The list covers tracked activity seen within the last 12 hours, not a 12-hour session lifetime. Agent accounts show their newest valid session; Office accounts can show several. Check Account Type in Users; Sessions has no type column.

Select the session’s Log Out and confirm Log this user out? The session becomes unusable on its next request. Your own row’s Log Out link ends your current session. Account edits do not replace this action when an existing session must end.
