Open Photo Converter or QR Generator.
Convert photos
Section titled “Convert photos”PNG can preserve transparency; JPG uses white for transparent areas. Files convert individually, so one failure does not cancel successful results.
- Select HEIC, HEIF, or WebP files in Photos, up to 25 MB each.
- Choose PNG or JPG in Convert To Options, then Convert.
Get the converted files
Section titled “Get the converted files”Use the download icon on each Done result in Converted Photos. Keep the originals when required for evidence or metadata.
Create a QR code
Section titled “Create a QR code”SMS prepares a message on the scanning phone; it does not send from AgencyMesh. Use strong color contrast and avoid private sign-in or participant links in public QR codes.
- Choose URL and enter Link, or choose SMS and enter Phone and Message. Set Background, Code Color, and optional Logo.
- Select Generate, test the code, then Download QR.
Fix a failed result
Section titled “Fix a failed result”| Item | Guidance |
|---|---|
| Photo rejected | Use a readable HEIC/HEIF/WebP within 25 MB; renaming an extension does not convert it. |
| Partial batch | Download successful files and correct only the failures. |
| QR will not scan | Increase contrast or remove Logo, then generate again. |
| Wrong destination | Correct Link or Phone/Message and generate a replacement. |
