Select the Notifications bell in the top bar for recent updates, or open Notifications for filters and older messages. The bell badge counts your unread, unarchived notifications.

The popup shows the latest new update; the bell and inbox contain the other delivered updates. View notifications opens the panel. Close notification dismisses the popup without marking the update read.

  1. Select the Notifications bell. For a popup alert, select View notifications.
  2. Select Open to go to the related record, or Read message to display the full message. Both mark the notification read.
  3. For older updates or filters, select View all notifications. Choose All, Unread, or Archived in Notification status; narrow by Notification audience or Notification source. Select Load older notifications for more.

Read and archive states belong to your account. People using the same Office account share them across devices. Archiving a ticket or signature update does not close the ticket or finish the signature request.

Item Guidance
Mark read / Mark unread Change one notification’s read state without opening its destination.
Mark all read Marks existing inbox notifications read, including those outside the current filters. It does not archive them.
Archive Remove an update from All and Unread. Find it under Archived and select Restore to return it.
Refresh notifications circular-arrow button Fetch the latest inbox. If a load fails, select Retry.

Choose Transactions or Zone Shift in Notification source to find those updates. Queue completion notices use User in Notification audience; the completion summary may cover more offices than the progress page permits you to open.

Expired or retracted announcements disappear. Changed office assignments or carrier-access permissions can also remove affected updates.

Item Guidance
Announcements / AgencyMesh Admin Team announcements target selected offices or the company, sometimes limited to selected roles. AgencyMesh Admin notices provide system updates.
E-sign Standalone request creators receive opened/signed updates. Workflow creators receive applicable signing updates too; check the destination for completed documents. E-Sign help · Workflow signing help.
Training Hub Internal learners receive new assignments. The assigning user receives applicable viewed, started, passed, failed, or timed-out updates. Training assignments.
Tickets / Internet Monitoring Ticket updates go to users who can access the office’s tickets; internet outage/restoration updates go to active members of the affected office. Selecting a different Dashboard office does not change these recipients.
Transactions — carrier access Operations, Accounting, and Administrator receive applicable credential, multi-factor authentication, and report-access problems across their company. Operations or Administrator can open Credential Manager; Accounting reads the issue without that link.
Transactions — finished queue batches Accounting receives one Transaction Run Complete summary after every actually queued run in a manual batch finishes or fails. Read Complete, Failed, and Transactions added, then select Open for permitted batch progress. Recipients are company-wide, independently of the submitter or selected Dashboard office. Queue notifications.
Zone Shift When enabled, users assigned to an active office in an active zone receive Zone Shift starts in 1 hour one hour before the configured Central start, then Zone Shift has started at the start. Account type and role do not change eligibility. Open returns to Dashboard. These notices describe the schedule; the office must still clear its queue before zone work appears. Zone Shift choices.

On a wide screen, Pin panels beside page keeps Notifications or Ask AgencyMesh beside the page; Unpin panels returns to an overlay. Both panels share this pin choice. In an unpinned panel, Expand notifications widens it and Restore notification panel width returns it. On a phone, use Close notifications to return to the page.

Requires Manager or Administrator. Managers can select their assigned active offices. Administrators can select any active office in their company or Company wide.

  1. Open Notifications and select Create announcement.
  2. Choose Audience: Selected offices, then select Offices, or Company wide when available. In Roles, choose All roles or hold Ctrl / ⌘ to select specific roles. Selected roles narrow the audience to accounts with at least one of those roles.
  3. Enter Title and Message. Optionally set Expires in your local time to remove the announcement after that time.
  4. Select Preview recipients. Review the recipient count, offices/company, roles, and message, then select Publish announcement.

Changed the message or audience?: Select Preview recipients again. If publication could not be confirmed, use Retry publish to check the same announcement without posting it twice.

Open Published announcements and select Retract announcement. Retraction removes it from recipients’ inboxes. Managers can retract their own announcements while they still have access to the targeted offices; Administrators can retract any team announcement in their company. Use Refresh history to reload this list.
