Open Internet for assigned-office connections, or My IP Info for this browser’s connection.
Check an office connection
Section titled “Check an office connection”Select an office card to open its details. Tracked Offices, Online Now, and Offline Now filter the cards; use Last checked to judge recency. Only active, configured offices assigned to you appear.
| Item | Guidance |
|---|---|
| Online / Offline / Awaiting Probe | Latest check responded / did not respond / has no current result. |
| Current Latency / 5m Avg | Latest response time / five-minute average. |
| 1h Packet Loss / 24h Uptime | Unanswered checks in the past hour / responding checks in the past day. |
Investigate an outage
Section titled “Investigate an outage”In Office Details, choose 1H, 6H, 24H, or 7D. Compare Recent Outage Incidents with Recent Probe Checks around the problem’s onset. Red zero-value markers in Latency History mean offline checks, not instantaneous responses.
Alert timing
Section titled “Alert timing”Outage alerts can follow about 10 minutes offline within 20 minutes. Restoration alerts wait for five minutes of healthy checks, so Online can appear first. Operations or Administrator manages email recipients in Administration > Options > Internet Monitoring Alert Recipients.
Active members of the affected office also receive outage and restoration updates in Notifications, regardless of the office currently selected on Dashboard.
Check the browser connection
Section titled “Check the browser connection”Open My IP Info from the affected browser. Current Request IP and provider details describe that page load; reload after changing networks. IPv4 and IPv6 are tested separately, and either may be unavailable. The map is approximate.
Report the problem
Section titled “Report the problem”In Tickets, include the office, onset time, affected services, Last checked time, and outage pattern. State whether one computer or the whole office is affected. Provide My IP Info details if support requests them.
