Use AgencyMesh only for work authorized by the customer organization and only within the access assigned to your account. Do not bypass hidden navigation, permission errors, participant protections, provider controls, or approval steps.
Keep records and messages accurate
Review customer, office, date, destination, amount, document, and status before saving or sending. Record the real outcome of calls, messages, follow-up, tasks, matches, and reviews so teammates can rely on the workspace.
Connected services
Follow the consent, delivery, payment, data-use, and access rules that apply to each connected service. A button in AgencyMesh does not remove the need to follow the organization's approved business process.
Your agreements and the law still apply
