Your account settings control what you can access
What you can see and do depends on your account status, user type, roles, office assignments, groups, zones, special permissions, and the record you’re viewing. AgencyMesh checks your permission again whenever you take an action.
- Use an individually assigned identity whenever the organization provides one.
- Grant the narrowest roles and office scope required for current work.
- Sign out on shared devices and terminate sessions when access should end.
Keep sensitive information out of messages and support requests
Passwords, two-factor values, recovery keys, carrier credentials, provider tokens, private participant links, and full payment details should never be included in tickets, support chat, screenshots, or public messages.
Review important actions before you submit them
Actions involving money, customer deliveries, signatures, access changes, imports, or remote workstations may affect other people or records. Before you submit, confirm the record, office, person, destination, amount, and current status.
Check every AI answer and draft
AgencyMesh AI can answer questions, analyze information, and create drafts, but it may leave out details or make mistakes. Before using or sending anything, check names, dates, amounts, policy details, instructions, commitments, and tone.
Use a trusted support channel
Contact your administrator or use your usual support channel if an account may be compromised or something in the product is unclear. Include the page, action, office, time, exact error, and a screenshot with sensitive information removed. Never include a password, code, or other secret.
