Choose a calling device, use click-to-dial, and view active calls where your role permits.
Send messages, search prior conversations, and work with subscription links and delivery status.
Search call activity, review metrics, and work quote and AMS to-do queues.
How it works
The exact options depend on your role and the record you’re working on.
Select the office, phone device, or reporting window you need.
Call or message from the customer record or queue.
Update the related queue or follow-up status so the next action is visible.
Before you start
What you can use depends on your account type, role, office access, enabled services, and sometimes the record’s current status. The Help guide lists the usual roles, but your administrator controls access.
Confirm the person or record, office, date or reporting period, current state, and the effect described by the button or confirmation. For customer and financial actions, verify the destination or amount as well.
