# Create and revise a training quiz

> Set quiz options, build questions, mark correct answers, and save a version for assignment.

## Start a quiz

| Item | Guidance |
| --- | --- |
| Passing % | 0–100. |
| Minutes | No limit, or 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60. |
| Show answers on completion | Allows learners to review answers after submission. |

1. Select New Quiz. Enter Title, Description, Passing %, and Minutes.
2. Set Show answers on completion and use Add Question.

## Set the correct answer

| Item | Guidance |
| --- | --- |
| Multiple Choice | Enter Prompt and at least two choices with Add Option. Check all correct choices: one permits a single learner selection; several permit multiple selections. |
| True / False | Enter Prompt and choose Correct Answer. |
| Point-and-Click | Enter Prompt, choose Image, and drag a box over the correct target area. |

## Image and question requirements

Images accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF, WebP, or BMP up to 10 MB. Replacing a Point-and-Click image requires a new target box. Every question needs a Prompt; incomplete questions may be omitted, so check the saved question count before assigning.

## Save and assign

Saving creates a version; there is no separate Publish step. Earlier assignments keep their version. Assign the new version to assess revised material.

1. Select Create Quiz, or Edit > Save New Version for a revision.
2. Use Assign to choose the saved Version and recipients.
