## Read a document

Select a document in Documents. Preview opens the current PDF; Version History > Preview version opens an earlier revision. System documents can be read but are maintained by AgencyMesh.

## Upload or revise PDFs

Leave Replacement PDF blank for metadata-only changes. Status > Inactive removes a company document from the active library while retaining history. For a partially failed batch, check which files were added before retrying.

1. Select Upload Document. Set Category or New Category and choose PDF Files, up to 25 MB each.
2. Adjust each Title in Documents in This Upload, add any Upload Note, then Upload Document.
3. For a revision, select the document > New Revision, choose Replacement PDF, and Save Revision.

## Copy a script

In Scripts, select a template, Calls or SMS, and English or Spanish, then Copy. Disabled choices have no text. Replace remaining placeholders before use; Copy neither calls nor sends a message.

## Create or edit a template

A Default template’s Channel is fixed. Preserve required placeholders; use Status > Inactive to retire a template.

1. Select New Template or Edit. Set Channel and Subtype and enter at least one Call Script or Text Template body in English or Spanish.
2. Insert supported tokens from Parameter Bank at the cursor; they are also added to Placeholders. Select Save Template.

## Retire versus delete

New Revision preserves earlier PDFs. Delete permanently removes a company document and all versions; use Inactive when history should remain. Scripts has no restore-old-template control.
