Open [Property Records](https://app.agencymesh.app/publicRecords/property_records) to look up a property by address.

## Find a property

Typing alone is insufficient. After editing the address, select a suggestion again.

1. Type Property Address and select a matching suggestion.
2. Select Find Records.

## Use the result

Results may include building dimensions, owner details, features, tax and sale history, and Street View. Blank or N/A values mean unavailable information; Street View may not show current condition.

## Confirm a decision-critical fact

Verify ownership, occupancy, dimensions, and other facts needed for underwriting against the relevant county, appraisal, customer, or carrier record. An address match alone does not establish coverage or insurability.

## No result or wrong property?

Use Reset and select the complete address with the correct city and state. If there is still no match, consult the original public record source; an empty result does not establish that no record exists.
