# Review and update carrier access details
> Find an office’s carrier fields, review invalid-credential notices, and save an authorized correction.

Operations and Administrator can update [Credential Manager](https://app.agencymesh.app/transactions/credentialManager). Users with read-only access can inspect it.
## Find a field
Search offices, carriers, and visible values filters the table as you type. Filter credential fields narrows to Usernames, Passwords, Codes and PINs, Other details, or All fields. Passwords are excluded from text search; use Reveal/Hide when needed.
## Request a correction
Give Operations or Administrator the office, carrier, and field to correct through your approved internal process. Keep credential values out of ordinary support screenshots.
## Edit an existing value
Change the field and leave it to trigger Autosave on change. Wait for Credential saved; Update failed means it was not saved. There is no Save, Add, or Delete button for these records.
## Review Invalid Credentials
Select View beside a nonzero Invalid Credentials count. Correct a field and leave it to autosave, then arrange a Credential Check in [Transaction Queue](https://app.agencymesh.app/transactions/icrQueue). Saving removes that entry from the current list; it does not prove carrier access now works.
